TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Welcome to Photography by Nature. By booking a photography session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking:

• Portrait Photo Shoot: $50.00 due at the time of booking.
• Pet Photo Shoot: $50.00 due at the time of booking.
• Wedding Photo Shoot: $250.00 due at the time of booking.

The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your session. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Payment & Pricing

The remaining balance is due on the day of the scheduled session. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods. Pricing is subject to change at any time, but rates at the time of booking will be honored.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours' notice for Portrait and Pet photo sessions. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied toward a future session if rescheduled within 60 days. No-shows or cancellations without sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Photo Delivery & Usage Rights

Final edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. Clients are granted personal usage rights for the images but may not resell or edit them without permission. Photography by Nature retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Liability

Photography by Nature is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, including weather, location restrictions, or equipment failure. If a session cannot proceed due to an issue on our end, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Agreement

By booking with Photography by Nature, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or require clarification, please contact us before booking.
